2. This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Khusharupur P.S. Case No. 30 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. A decayed body had been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that this is the second attempt for grant of regular bail and the same may be considered in view of the fact that some accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail.

5. The submission of the petitioner does not find

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62688 of 2023(2) dt.15-09-2023 2/2 favour with this Court and therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

7. The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial at the earliest so that the petitioner does not get any benefit of delay trial because of the lapses on the part of the prosecution. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Harsh/ U
