The petitioner is aggrieved by non-consideration of his case for grant of promotion.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that juniors to the petitioner have been granted promotion as Headmaster

Patna High Court CWJC No.16615 of 2019(2) dt.20-08-2019 2/2 but the case of the petitioner has not been considered. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment) , Gaya to enquire into the matter and if it is found that juniors to the petitioner have been granted promotion to the post of Headmaster, he shall see that petitioner may be considered for grant of promotion in accordance with his seniority. Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the respondents within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
