Public Prosecutor, submits that this petition may be disposed of, so that the petitioner may appear before the Court below and take all the pleas, which have been taken in the present case.

The prayer is allowed.

The petition stands disposed of with observation that if within six weeks from today, the petitioner appears before the court below and prays for regular bail, the learned court below without being prejudiced with this order may examine each and every point of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law preferably on the same day.
