2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Awtarnagar P.S. Case No. 166 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol and nine cartridges have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery as he is living outside for earning his livelihood. The petitioner is in custody since 09.06.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., 1st Class, Saran in connection with Awtarnagar P.S. Case No. 166 of 2023.

7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Awtarnagar Police Station, Saran on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
