JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. No doubt, the deceased died in other than normal circumstances but according to prosecution case itself, the marriage of deceased had taken place on 19.02.2009 and she died on 09.02.2015 i.e. near about after six years of her marriage. Moreover, it has been mentioned in the first information report that having got information of death of the deceased, the husband of the informant went to the house of the petitioner and participated in cremation of the deceased but the present case was lodged on 03.04.2015 i.e. after two months of the alleged occurrence. Moreover, prior to cremation, the husband of the informant had lodged U.D. case in which he accepted that

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that petitioner happens to be father in law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 14.07.2015, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Deo P.S.
