This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 384 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Some unknown persons called on mobile to the informant and other officials of the Government and asked to deposit Rs.40,000/- in the bank account. Bank account number is not mentioned in the first information report. During investigation, some other accused were arrested and the name of the petitioner transpired. Submission of the petitioner is that the referred mobile numbers are not of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 507 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Sri Sanjeev Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Aurangabad, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
