JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-08-2019 By way of the present modification application, the petitioner seeks to modify the order dated 11.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75060 of 2018 by which, the petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the bail application of the petitioner address of petitioner was wrongly mentioned as Resident of Village - Jhauwa, Police Station Tarabari, District - Araria, inadvertently and due to which the same has been recorded in the order dated 11.04.2019, whereas, the correct address of the petitioner is Resident of village - Turkauli, P.S. Jokihat, District - Araria and thus prayed for modification of order and for extension of time

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54276 of 2019(2) dt.28-08-2019 2/2 to surrender in the court below.

Having considered the submission as well as the averments made in the modification application, order dated 11.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75060 of 2018 is modified to the extent that let the address of the petitioner be read as Resident of village - Turkauli, P.S. - Jokihat, District - Araria and further two weeks time from the date of receipt of order in the court below, is allowed to the petitioner to surrender in the court below.

With the above observation, this modification application is allowed.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the concerned court below forthwith.
