The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 366A and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the victim made allegation that Md. Samshad used to eve tease his daughter. The informant suspected that Md. Samshad and 15 others conspired each other and kidnapped his minor daughter.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner figured in the case during the course of investigation. The petitioner happens to be brother-in-law of Md. Shamshad. The victim was recovered from Bangalore. The victim herself disclosed that she went along with Md. Shamshad and she was in love with him for last three years.
