JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.i. For quashing the entire selection process of the Respondent no. 9Bindu Devi wife of Sri Sanjeet Kumar, resident of village Parihari Panchayat, ward no. 01, Police Station-Raniganj District-Araria for the post of Aaganbari Sevika under the Gram

Patna High Court CWJC No.13289 of 2023(2) dt.11-03-2024 2/2 Panchayat Parihari within Raniganj Block of Araria District.

ii. For issuance of a direction to the respondent authority to appoint the petitioner on the aforementioned post in accordance with the law.

iii. For issuance of a direction to the respondent authority to stay the operation of the impugned selection process of the Respondent no. 9Bindu Devi." 2.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
