The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 385 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.05.2019. He further submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in keeping stolen motorcycle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has purchased the vehicle but the ownership was not transferred in the name of petitioner.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing
