The petitioner is languishing in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 37 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. It is alleged that petitioner damaged the vehicle of the informant in intoxicated condition.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 11.06.2023.

No.60217 of 2023(2) dt.11-09-2023 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-V-cum-Exclusive Special Court No. 2, Excise Act, Lakhisarai in connection with Tetarhat P.S. Case No. 79 of 2023.
