Counsel for the respondents has brought to the notice of this Court the order dated 26.02.2016 passed in Special Leave to Appeal (Civil) No 32079 of 2015.
It is agreed between the arties that in view of the aforesaid orders, the petitioners' case is covered by the aforesaid orders, and that the instant case may be disposed of in terms of order passed in CWJC No 8418 of 2010 which has been affirmed by the aforesaid order in LPA No 1489 of 2015 and SLA (Civil) No 32079 of 2015.
In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
