2. The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the learned trial Court "to dispose off the petition dated 20.09.2018 filed under Section 216 Cr. P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, FTC IInd, Katihar in Sessions Trial No. 277 of 2011, arising out of Barsoi P.S. Case No. 136/2010."
3. It is submitted that the petitioner filed a petition under Section 216 Cr.P.C. on 20.09.2018 before learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, FTC IInd, Katihar in Sessions Trial No. 277 of 2011, arising out of Barsoi P.S. Case No. 136/2010, but the same has not yet been disposed of even after filing a further petition dated 26.07.2019 for early disposal of the aforesaid petition.
4. Having regard to the nature of grievance of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1488 of 2019 dt.14-11-2019 2/2 learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, FTC IInd, Katihar to dispose of the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 216 Cr.P.C, if pending, on its own merits in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this judgment.
