JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 16-04-2025 This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 05.09.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 17459 of 2013, whereby the petitioner's claim for grant of graduate trained scale was directed to be considered by the respondents within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. Opposite Party No.5 / the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Saran has filed the show cause,

Patna High Court MJC No.3282 of 2019(6) dt.16-04-2025 2/2 wherein, in paragraph 8 it has been stated that the claim of the petitioner for grant of graduate trained pay scale has been rejected vide Memo No. 203 dated 11.01.2020 by the Director, Primary Education, Bihar, Patna.

3. In view of the above, I find that the order dated 05.09.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 17459 of 2013 has been complied with by the opposite parties.

4. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed and disposed of.
