JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2018 The learned counsel for the opposite parties has submitted that the opposite party husband has got no objection, if the matrimonial case is transferred from Saharsa to Patna. In view of the aforesaid and the husband opposite party having no objection to transfer of the case, the Matrimonial Case No. 61 of 2014 (Sanjit Kumar Vs. Deepali Devi @ Deepali Sinha) is transferred from the learned Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Saharsa to the learned cognate Court at Patna. The present petition is allowed.
