The instant application has been filed for initiating contempt proceeding against the Contemnors/Opposite parties for willful violation of order dated 08.09.2017 passed in CWJC
Patna High Court MJC No.1802 of 2018(2) dt.27-02-2020 2/2 No. 19026 of 2016, titled as Sarvahara Vikas Manch as Treasurer Vs. The State of Bihar and Others, by a Division Bench of this Court and further for compliance of the order aforesaid in totality by the opposite parties. With the passage of time, the present petition has become infructuous and is, accordingly, disposed of reserving liberty to the writ petitioner or any other public spirited person to point out the deficiencies in implementing the provisions of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 to the authorities and take recourse to such remedies as are available under law.
