2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jagdishpur PS Case No. 140 of 2021 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, this case is posted for final argument. During the argument, learned counsel for the informant and State have submitted that the case of the petitioner before the trial Court is under final argument, so granting bail to the petitioner will be hampered and petitioner is in custody since 25.08.2022.

4. In the facts and circumstances of the case and

5. Accordingly, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

6. Learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if the trial is not concluded, the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail before the trial Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner is also directed to co-operate in the trial proceeding.
