2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):
"(i) for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents for direction and order for physical measurement of the disputed land bearing details (Thana No.47, Khata No. 439, Khesra No. 3801, 3803, 38.00 and 3802 in Village-Sursand, Anchal-Sursand DistrictSitamarhi) in which Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Sitamarhi has been passed an order in Case No 184 of 2013-14 (Kamdeo Jha Versus-
Patna High Court CWJC No.21326 of 2014(2) dt.30-06-2025 2/2 Kapildeo Jha) dated 19.5. 2014. And the learned Deputy Collector, Land Reforms also directed to the Circle Officer, Sursand for further proceeding for possession of the petitioner. But till date the Circle Officer, Sursand did not compliance the order of the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms order dated 19.5.2014.
(ii) For any other relief (s) applicable in the facts and circumstances of the case."
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be preferring a fresh petition before the concerned respondent along with requisite fee for the measurement of the said land.
4. Granting said liberty and without commenting on the merit of the case, since no private party has been impleaded as respondent, the writ petition stands disposed of. (Rajiv Roy, J) Adnan/- U
