JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 24-07-2018 The controversy in the writ application relates to publication of the petitioner's result of Intermediate Examination held in 2015 by the Bihar School Examination Board. The petitioner claims that he had appeared in the said examination but the result has not been published.
The Court does not find any justifiable explanation for delay of more than three years in approaching this Court for the reliefs which has been sought. It is asserted that the petitioner had applied on 25.2.2016 for publication of his result. Reliance is being placed on
Patna High Court CWJC No.14185 of 2018 dt.24-07-2018 2/2 Annexure-5 of the writ application to make out a case that the deposit slip was also issued but no decision has ever been communicated. The Court has been given to understand that the Bihar School Examination Board is having a grievance redressal cell in place to deal with the nature of grievance as has been raised on behalf of the petitioner. The petitioner will be at liberty to approach grievance redressal cell of the Bihar School Examination Board by making an appropriate application. If he makes such application within four weeks from today, the Board shall be required to consider within two months thereafter and communicate to the petitioner the outcome of petitioner's application.
