The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 452, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution, allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the brother of informant Ranjit Kumar on his head by means of stick due to which he fell unconscious. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and committed no offence and has been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties are agnates. Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 19.06.2022. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No. 107 of 2022, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif.
