Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the first paragraph of the petition. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 366(A) and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 66(A) of Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008.
The statement made under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure shows that the victim out of her own has gone along with Mukesh Kewat. In the last part of the First Information Report it has been stated that one Subhash Sharma was making Photo and Video for the purposes of loading the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40747 of 2017 (2) dt.21-09-2017 same on WhatsApp.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioners, namely, Deepak Sharma, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Aurangabad in connection with Pouthu P.S. Case No.33 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
