2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Antichak P.S. Case No. 24 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of committing rape with a minor girl. The petitioner is in jail since 19.02.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. In view of the fact that the petitioner is accused of committing rape with the minor girl, I am not inclined to grant
