ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-06-2018 Heard Mr. Rupak Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Lalit Kishore, Senior Advocate, appearing on behalf of Bihar State Housing Board as well as Mr. Brajesh Kumar, learned A.C. to A.A.G.-4 on behalf of the State. The present contempt application has been heard at length and a show cause has been filed in which the Bihar State Housing Board has explained that the petitioner's case was under due consideration and since he did not fill in the parameters fixed for regularization, his case could not be considered. The authorities have passed reasoned order rejecting the case of the petitioner and at best, the same can be open to challenge. In view of such facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to proceed further with present contempt

Patna High Court MJC No.4696 of 2014 (11) dt.26-06-2018 proceeding. It is, accordingly, dismissed with the liberty to the petitioner to seek alternative legal recourse as tenable under the law.
