2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:
(i) for quashing the order dated 05.11.2024 passed by Respondent No. 7, the Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Manjhaul, Begusarai, whereby the petitioner's
Patna High Court CWJC No.13087 of 2025(2) dt.19-08-2025 2/3 application, filed pursuant to the direction of this Hon'ble Court in CWJC No. 9658 of 2021 (vide order dated 12.12.2023), has been arbitrarily and illegally rejected;
(ii) for a direction restraining the respondent authorities, including private respondents, from interfering with the peaceful possession of the petitioner over the land situated at Mauza Narayan Pipar, Thana No. 117, Touzi No. 1105, Khata No. 366, Khesra No. 1610, measuring one (1) Katha, which was settled with the petitioner by way of Basgit Parcha in Case No. 02 of 2005-2006;
(iii) for a direction restraining the private respondents from making any unauthorized interference, encroachment, or dispossession attempts in respect of the petitioner's lawful possession of the said land;
(iv) for grant of such other relief or reliefs as may be deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be challenging the order dated 05.11.2024 passed by respondent no.4, the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Manjhaul, Begusarai before an appropriate authority but there has been some delay which may be taken note of.
4. Learned State counsel submits that the matter shall be heard and disposed of on merit.
5. In case, the petition is preferred in four weeks, the authority concerned shall take into account that the matter was pending before this Court and the same be heard on merit and not rejected on technical ground.

Further, the entire process of noticing/hearing/taking the matter to its logical conclusion be completed by 31.01.2026.
7. The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
