2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:
"1. The present petition is being filed for a direction to the respondents authorities to make payment of dues of post retrial benefits of the petitioner which are as follows:- A. To make payment of Earn leave amount of 286 days after taking into consideration of VIth pay revised scale.
B. To make payment of the Gratuity amount of Rs. 10,00,000=00 (Rupees ten Lacs only) on the basis of VIth pay revision.
C. To make payment of arrear of pension due since Oct 2016 to till date and also ensure to pay the pension of petitioner month to month basis. D. To grant arrears of differences of salary on the account of Vth and VIth pay revised scale. E. To make payment of all heads of retrial
Patna High Court CWJC No.18428 of 2016 dt.17-02-2018 2/2 dues as well as to pay all other consequential benefits which has not been paid earlier to the petitioner."
3. Learned counsel for the B.R.A. Bihar University, at the very outset, submitted that the relief claimed being accepted, the figures are being worked out and it would be cleared within three weeks.
4. In view of the fact that nobody is appearing for the petitioner and also the commitment given to the Court by learned counsel for the B.R.A. Bihar University for paying the amount due, the writ petition stands disposed off with the observation that as per the commitment, the B.R.A. Bihar University shall make actual payment to the petitioner, on various heads claimed, after due verification and to the extent admitted by the University latest within four weeks from today. It is further indicated that the B.R.A. Bihar University shall not give occasion to the Court in future to consider the matter of any alleged violation of the commitment given to the Court, as recorded hereinabove.
