Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Sikandra P.S. Case No.65 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 353, 325, 504, 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that on the eve of Holi the petitioners and others came and set ablaze in the heap of bamboo bush. When the informant objected, petitioner no.2 is alleged to have assaulted the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the informant is brother of Ram Udit Mandal and on account village politics, the petitioners have been implicated in the case. It is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59638 of 2019(2) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 submitted that on the eve of Holi somebody might have set ablaze in the heap of bamboo bush. The injury found on the person of the informant is simple in nature.

Having considered the facts and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No.65 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
