JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground as Chaukidar in Sheohar District as his father became traceless on 02.04.2003.

The learned counsel for the respondents has referred to the meeting of the Compassionate Appointment Committee dated 03.04.2018 to show that the case of the petitioner is still under consideration.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is

Patna High Court CWJC No.13933 of 2010 (7) dt.10-07-2018 2/2 disposed of with a direction to the Compassionate Appointment Committee, Sheohar to finally consider and dispose of the case of the petitioner within a period of six weeks.
