Patna High Court CWJC No.20333 of 2021(2) dt.10-04-2024 2/3 "1(a). For direction upon the respondent authority specially Respondent No. 2, to take the decision as per Clause-3(I)Kh of Memo No. 1003 dated 22.01.2021 on matter related to enhancement of the wages/honorarium/salary of employee working on contractual basis in the Department of Social Welfare under ICDS Directorate.
(b). For direction upon the respondent authority to fix and pay the salary/wages/honorarium the petitioners at par with basic salary, Dearness allowances and other allowances provided to the State Govt, regular employee working on the similar post and discharging similar duty.
(c ). For direction upon the respondent authority to implement the decision dated 13.11.2017 of three men committee from date of decision where in proposal for enhancement of wages/salary/honorarium in terms of Memo No.
2401 dated 18.07.2007 has been approved.
(d). For direction upon the respondent authority to fix/revise the payment/wages/salary of the petitioners accordingly in view of resolution/direction issued from time to time and arrear arising on account of revision be paid to the petitioners."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Respondent No. 2, i.e. the Development Commissioner, Government of
Patna High Court CWJC No.20333 of 2021(2) dt.10-04-2024 3/3 Bihar, Patna, for redressal of their aforesaid grievances, in light of Clause 3 of the notification dated 22.1.2021, issued by the General Administration Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, pertaining to the determination of the pay-scale of the contractual employees. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
It is needless to state that in case, the petitioners approach the Respondent No. 2, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter. 4.
The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
