2. In this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application on behalf of the above named petitioner to issue an appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) commanding thereby to Respondent concerned, particularly to the Respondent No.-3, the Circle Officer, Danapur, District-Patna to act upon parimarjan application submitted by the petitioner vide Grievance ID 20232802060454, whereby and under, he made request to the authority concerned to make entry of Area in online mutation/revenue receipt as Khata No.

2/4 582, Khesra No. 1140, Area-not mentioned, Jamabandi no. 7365, Circle-Danapur MauzaDhanaut, Thana No.-20, District-Patna, thus make online revenue records updated with correct details and/or grant any other equitable relief/reliefs befitting in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. The matter relates to the land bearing Khata No. 582, Khesra No. 1140, Area 793.4 sq.ft., Jamabandi No. 7365, Mauza Dhanaut, Danapur, Patna.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner purchased the aforesaid piece of land in the year 2004 and, thereafter, he applied for mutation which was accepted and the revenue Karamchari also issued manual revenue receipt in favour of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that later on, online process to keep the revenue record was done by the State of Bihar but, in the online process, every detail was mentioned except the area of the plot. The petitioner also paid revenue through online process and received revenue receipt and, in the said revenue receipt also, the area of the plot is missing. The petitioner also procured online Jamabandi slip of his concerned plots but, in

3/4 the Jamabandi slip also, the area of the plot was missing.

Finally, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, for correction in the revenue records, filed an online application for Parimarjan dated 19.10.2023 bearing grievance ID 20232802060454 but, till date, the Parimarjan of the revenue record of the land in question has not been done.

7. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction upon the respondent no.3/Circle Officer, Danapur, Patna to dispose of the pending application for Parimarjan bearing grievance ID 20232802060454, within a fixed time frame.

8. The learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that in case the aforesaid Parimarjan bearing grievance ID 20232802060454 dated 19.10.2023 is still pending, the same may be disposed of, within a stipulated time frame, as is fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

9. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it fit and proper to direct the respondent no.3/Circle Officer, Danapur to dispose of the

4/4 aforesaid Parimarjan bearing grievance ID 20232802060454 dated 19.10.2023, in case the same has not yet been disposed of, in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

10. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
