JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 19-06-2017 This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to the respondents authority to make payment of gratuity and leave encashment to the petitioner.

2. It is submitted that the petitioner was posted as Reader in the department of Zoology of M.D.D.M. College, Muzaffarpur and superannuated on 30th September, 2014 from the said college. It is submitted that entire service career of the petitioner was blotless. Neither he was proceeded departmentally while he was in service nor any criminal case was instituted against him. However, till date,

3. Learned counsel for the University submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner and dispose of the same within a reasonable period.

4. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation before the Registrar, B.R.Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur raising all his claims within a period of four weeks from today. In case such a representation is filed, the Registrar, B.R.Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur shall dispose of the same within two months by a reasoned and speaking order. In case any amount is found payable to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid within the aforesaid period.
