2. Heard Mr. Niranjan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Md. Majid Mahboob Khan, learned AC to AAG 12 for the State.

3. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 06.07.2017 contained in Memo No. 658 issued by the District Magistrate, Lakhisarai, whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been suspended from his service with immediate effect.

(ii) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondents to produce the letter no. 96/GO dated 6.03.2017 issued by the Secretary to the Commissioner,

Patna High Court CWJC No.16351 of 2018(4) dt.22-06-2020 2/2 Munger Commissionary, Munger, in pursuance of the said letter this petitioner has been suspended from his service and on production to quash the same.

(iii) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to discharge his duties as Revenue clerk (Rajaswa Karamchari), Suryagarha and he was deputed to Circle Officer, Barahiya.

(iv) For any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

4. At the very outset, learned counsel for the State submitted that they have filed a counter affidavit stating that the suspension of the petitioner has already been revoked.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the position.

6. In view thereof, the writ petition having become infructuous, stands disposed off.
