The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.189 of 2019 registered under Sections 302/307/326/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that specific allegation has been levelled against the co-accused persons Vishal Rajput and Ankit Yadav. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56163 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 of the case, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Patna City in connection with Bahadurpur P.S.
