1. The present petition has been filed for restoring a contempt petition, bearing MJC No.1816 of 2023, which has stood dismissed for default on account of non-compliance of peremptory order dated 19.07.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of inadvertence, the defects could not be removed within time, however, it is undertaken that in case any defect is remaining to be removed, the same shall be removed within a period of one week, although it is submitted that all the defects have already been removed.

3. Having regard to the submission made by the

Patna High Court MJC No.2894 of 2024(2) dt.31-01-2025 2/2 learned counsel for the petitioner as also considering the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to restore the aforesaid petition bearing MJC No.1816 of 2023 to its original file, subject to the Registry verifying as to whether the defects have stood removed or not.

4. The petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
