JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-03-2016 In the present petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of an order of cognizance, which was passed long back in the month of March, 2004.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has approached this Court after more than several years, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order.
