The petitioner is in custody since 11.06.2019 in connection with Piar P.S. Case No. 16 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 353, 332, 333, 429, 440, 307, 1209B), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has been named in the first information report, no specific allegation can be attributed to the present petitioner and at best he can be treated as a member of MOB. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let
