2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 33, 41, 42, 52 of the Indian Forest Act and Sections 5, 8, 9, 10, 12 and 14 of the Bihar Saw Mill Act, 1990 registered in connection with G.O. Case No. 48 of 2007.

3. At the very outset, it transpires from para-2 of the petition that a similar anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 25273 of 2014 was dismissed for default by order dated 26.08.2015.

4. This Court sees no reason to entertain a fresh petition for anticipatory bail and the same is dismissed. The petitioner is always at liberty to take steps for restoration of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21405 of 2017 (3) dt.23-08-2017 earlier anticipatory bail petition.
