JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-11-2015 Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The accusation against the petitioners is to have resorted to fire on the informant's side. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that no injury was caused to the informant's side and for the occurrence of 19.01.2015 the First Information Report was registered on 21.01.2015.
The delayed lodging of the case constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 24 of 2015, pending in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45297 of 2015 (2) dt.03-11-2015 2/2 Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai. With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
