1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ/writs, order/orders direction/directions in the nature of mandamus for commanding the concerned respondents to remove the
Patna High Court CWJC No.12886 of 2024(2) dt.09-09-2024 2/2 encroachment from the petioner's land/house situated at Mohalla-LCT, ghat, P.S. Patliputra, District- Patna, which was encroached and occupied by private respondent no.11, namely Manju Devi wife of Raj Kumar Manjhi and further to issue necessary direction, specially to the respondent no.10 (The Chief General Manager, R.B.I, Patna) to exchange the currency of Rs1000 and 500."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
