2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful

Patna High Court MJC No.4698 of 2014 dt.18-04-2019 2/2 disobedience of the order of this Court dated 08.02.2013 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9013 of 2011.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the amount has reached the Bank and payment is merely awaiting completion of certain formalities.

4. A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party no. 6, Annexure-B whereof being an order dated 15.04.2019 discloses that a final decision has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.

5. In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 4698 of 2014 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case he is aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, he may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
