Petitioner was apprehended on account of possessing two bottles of Royal Stag each containing 375 ml, three bottles of Mc Dowell's No.1 each containing 180 ml, two bottles of Officer's Choice each containing 180 ml, Beer eleven bottles, Cane Beer six bottle, Blinder's Pride three pieces each containing 375 ml and for that is under custody since 15.09.2015.

Accordingly, petitioner Rakesh Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.561/2015.
