Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in the order dated 2.8.2017 it has wrongly been mentioned as 'in connection with Chandi P.S.Case No. 79 of 2016' but the correct P.S.Case is 'Barhara P.S.Case No. 295 of 2016' and further submission is for extension of time to surrender by two weeks. In the said circumstances, the order dated 2.8.2017 is modified to the extent that P.S.Case number should be correctly be read as 'Barhara P.S.Case No. 295 of 2016' and two weeks further time is extended to surrender before the court below.
