2. The petitioners have moved the Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for the following relief:
"That the present application is being filed for quashing of order dated 15.10.2014 passed in Complaint Case No. 188/14, Tr. 2345/14 by which the learned S.D.J.M (East) Muzaffarpur has been pleased to took cognizance for an offence under section 498A I.P.C. and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51613 of 2014(4) dt.03-04-2019 2/2 under section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act against the petitioners."
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the application.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 do not object.
5. In view thereof, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioners, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn.
