This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order dated 08.08.2018 passed by learned Sub-Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 196 of 2016 (CIS No. 1885 of 2016) whereby the learned Magistrate has cancelled the bail bond of the petitioner and issued non-bailable warrant to arrest him. In view the facts of the case and on the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner will cooperate in the Court below, this application is allowed. Accordingly, the order dated 08.08.2018 passed by learned Sub-Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 196 of 2016 (CIS No. 1885 of 2016), is hereby quashed.
