2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dehri Muffasil P.S. Case No. 153 of 2024 registered for the offence under section 309(4) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals committed loot of Rs. 700/- and mobile phone from the informant and thereafter they demanded more money from the informant.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 17.05.2025.

5. The name of the petitioner has come during investigation and electronic evidence has also come to connect the petitioner with the crime.

6. Considering the seriousness of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
