Public Prosecutor for the State and also heard learned counsel for the informant.
Petitioners are named in the first information report with allegation that they along with two others mercilessly assaulted the deceased by means of lathi as a result thereof deceased died after 13 days of alleged occurrence in course of his treatment. The post mortem report of the deceased reveals that multiple injuries were found on the person of the deceased but all injuries are said to be caused by hard and blunt substance. Investigation has already been completed and the case of these petitioners has been committed to the court of sessions.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this petition filed in connection with Bihta P.S. Case no. 300/2014 stands rejected.
