This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the first information report. The informant is not eye witness of the occurrence. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Amdabas P.S. Case No. 134 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri B.K. Choudhary, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Katihar, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
