JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-11-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 659 C of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the prosecution case is false and concocted. Similarly situated coaccused person has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 19.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43428 of 2017. Petitioner has no criminal history.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43953 of 2017(4) dt.14-11-2017 2/2 above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Judge XII-cumAdditional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 659 C of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
