2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 109(1), 115(2), 75(2), 74, 75 and 352 of B.N.S. and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner teased the minor informant as her uncle came to rescue, it is alleged that petitioner fired but the same did not hit. After that, the uncle of the informant caught the petitioner and petitioner gave fist blow below the eye.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner and the informant are agnates and there is land dispute between the parties. Only allegation against this petitioner is that he has given a fist blow below the eye of the informant's uncle. A statement has been made in para-3 of this petition that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Moreover, he is languishing in judicial custody since 02.06.2025.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Karai Parsurai P.S. Case No. 235 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District Judge cum Special Court, POCSO, Nalanda, Biharsharif.
