Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently order order dated 31.05.2018 passed by District Programme Officer, Gaya, contained in Memo No. 1000, has been challenged by way of this writ petition instead of challenging before the Appellate Authority under the relevant Margdarshika.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15026 of 2018(2) dt.20-08-2024 2/2 appropriate forum in accordance with law.

4. The appropriate forum is directed to condone the delay, if any, in filing the Appeal.
