The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 321 of 2018 registered under Sections 420/406/467/468/471/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is admitted land dispute between the parties. Petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the allegation against the petitioner is civil in nature. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail
